By submitting an application I give my consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 9 Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the Federal Law of 25.07.2002 № 115-FZ "On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 15.09. 2020 № 1428 "On measures taken by the inviting party to ensure that the invited foreign citizen or stateless person comply with the order of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 9, 2003 № 335 "On approval of the Regulations on the establishment of visa forms, procedures and conditions of registration and issue, extension of its validity, its restoration in case of loss, as well as procedures for canceling visas.
