Founder – Chelyabinsk State University
The journal was founded in 1991.
Registration Certificate series PI № FS77-66312 issued on July 1st, 2016 by Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technologies and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor).
By decree of the Higher Attestation Commission Presidium of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated February 19th, 2010 №6/6, the journal was included in the "List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications, in which the main scientific results of theses for the degree of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences should be published" in the following areas: philosophy, sociology and culturology; philology and study of art; history; economics; law; physics.
In accordance with the requirements of HAC, since 01.07.2015 "Bulletin of Chelyabinsk State University" is issued in three scientific areas: Philology, Economics, Philosophy.
THEMATICS OF "CSU BULLETIN"
The aim of "CSU Bulletin" is the publication of theoretical and applied research articles by Russian and foreign authors on the economic, philosophical, philological branches of knowledge.
The editorial policy of these three sectors represented in the journal, is determined by the tasks of creating a platform of research dialogue and debate on the most important problems of the humanities.
Economics is presented in a broad range of issues: economic theory; Economics and Management of national economy (by branches and fields of activity: economics, organization and management of enterprises, innovation management, regional economics, logistics, labor economics, economics of population and demographics; environmental economics, economics of entrepreneurship, marketing, management, pricing, economic security, standardization and product quality control, land management, recreation and tourism); Finance, monetary circulation and credit; Accounting, statistics; Mathematical and instrumental methods of economics. It also encourages multidisciplinary articles on the intersection of economics and other sciences: psychology, history, political science, philosophy, law, sociology and others.
Philology is presented in areas of knowledge such as literature, including Russian literature, Literature of Russian Federation; literature of foreign countries; literary theory; textology; Folklore; journalism; Linguistics, including the Russian language; languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation; Slavic languages; Germanic languages; Romance languages; Classical Philology, Byzantine and modern Greek philology; theory of language; comparative-historical, typological and comparative linguistics; Applied and mathematical linguistics; languages of the countries of Europe, Asia, Africa, natives of America and Australia.
Philosophy is represented by fields of research such as ontology and epistemology; history of philosophy; aesthetics; ethics; logics; philosophy of science and technology; social philosophy; philosophical anthropology, philosophy of culture; philosophy of religion, and religious studies.
In its activities the editorial board of "CSU Bulletin" is guided by the principles of editorial ethics. The journal welcomes articles of authors who respect the requirements of the journal. Academic degrees and titles have no effects on the principles of peer review and the evaluation of the articles. It welcomes also the work of young researchers (there are special rubrics for each branch of knowledge for their works).
The journal is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RISC).
