In accordance with Federal Law No. 274-ФЗ of 01.07.2021, foreign citizens arriving in the Russian Federation on a period of more than 90 calendar days are obliged to undergo medical examination, dactyloscopy and photographing within 90 days after entering the territory of the Russian Federation.
Categories of foreign citizens who are not required to undergo these procedures:
- citizens under 6 years of age;
- citizens of Belarus;
- citizens who have a residence permit (RVP);
- citizens with residence permit (VNZh).
If You are not included in any of these categories – You must undergo these procedures.
To undergo a medical examination you should apply to the Omega Medical Centre at the following address: 4 Stepana Razina. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-16:00.
Required documents:
- passport;
- migration card;
- registration.
The cost of the programme is 8,500 roubles.
Dactyloscopic registration is carried out free of charge after receiving the results of medical examination in the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) at the place of migration registration.

- passport;
- notarised translation of the passport;

- results of medical examination;
- two 35*45 photos (without glasses);
- copies of the above documents.
If a foreign citizen fails to fulfil his/her obligations to undergo these procedures, the period of stay of the foreign citizen will be reduced and a decision on undesirability of his/her stay in the Russian Federation will be issued.
