A key advantage of Chelyabinsk State University is its powerful scientific and technical base, represented by more than 30 modern laboratories covering cutting-edge fields of knowledge — from cellular biotechnology, molecular genetics, and analytical chemistry to artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and quantum electronics. This infrastructure allows students and researchers to work at the intersection of disciplines, participate in real projects (such as studying the Chelyabinsk meteorite or developing the Internet of Things at the inSmart Shared Use Center), and build practical skills using world-class equipment.

A unique strategic advantage for CSU will be its location within a world-class Inter-University Innovation Campus, where the university will operate 17 state-of-the-art educational and research laboratories and centers.
