World Class Inter-University Campus

The hotel-style residential buildings of the inter-university campus feature unique architectural and layout solutions that create a comfortable environment for students. The first two buildings will accommodate 336 residents. Each room has a living space of about 16 square meters. Each residential building has a meeting room, turnstiles at the dormitory entry and a reception desk with laundry drop-off service. The ground floors of both buildings house street retailers: a hair salon, flower shop, bank branch, grocery stores, pharmacy, stationery shop, cafeterias, and more. All retail spaces have separate street entrances.

The campus will feature numerous unique plant cultivation spaces integrated into the extensive first-floor lobby—the atrium. Enclosed glass modules—florariums and paludariums—with controlled microclimates, additional lighting, and ventilation will be created for tropical and subtropical plants. These modules will contain curated plant collections accessible for observation both from inside and outside. Additionally, open planting areas will be created in the atrium.
